Integrated management system
Our integrated management system is designed to maintain our high standards in quality,environment and safety and to monitor the extent to which our ambitious corporate objectives are met. It includes regular audits for all internal processes.
Motivation of our employees
Quality, environment and safety are management duties and our managers bear the responsibility for implementing our objectives in terms of quality, environment and safety.
Against the background of our integrated management system, we motivate our employees to participate in quality, environment and safety training and make them aware of appropriate opportunities for additional training in order to make an active contribution to quality, environment and safety and promote health- and safety-conscious behavior in any work environment and in any workplace.

At SILA Chemicals we never stop striving to improve quality on basis of improvement to our health, safety, and environmental performance.
Optimizing water use with innovative strength of our own research and technology, effectively reducing water consumption. At our present production facility, water has already been fully recycled, hence no waste water discharged from production process.
Completing energy-saving facility utilizing energy efficiently, prolonging the life of facilities, and will result in a reduction of great amount of green house gases over the next years, and further project will be continued to reduce the energy consumption in 1-2 years of this implementation. .
SILA is committed to providing our customers with product up-to-date safety information, MSDS and any other technical data to ensure they have the ability to safely handle, use, and dispose of our products.

As a professional producer of chemicals, SILA understands its responsibilities towards the environment and the community.
The production processes at our plant sites are designed to insure both our employees and the community are not exposed to any health hazards under normal operating conditions.

When planning and implementing new processes as well as when planning and installing new facilities, health, safety, environmental protection are the same level included in addition to quality target..
Appropriate measures and projects are used to make continuous improvements in operational environment and safety.
We maximize technical and organizational measures to reduce resource use, waste products, effluent and environmentally harmful emissions to a zero possibility.
We draw up our environmental objectives and our environmental program at regular intervals.
We maintain special work regularly to monitor the effectiveness of the environmental management system and environmental measures and to check compliance with legal requirements and conditions.
